The Natural Interest

There is nothing natural about politics, with the possible exception of self-defence and hunting for prey.

Protecting the natural interest and natural security requires ambiguity, deflection and deception.

Camouflage is a form of ambiguity in itself. Blending into the background is a good strategy while preparing to pounce on an unsuspecting victim.

The Naturals want a natural future for Australia, even though the rest of the world seems to prefer another sort. We are innocent of any wrongdoing. We are not to blame for the fossil fuel use of our ancestors.

We do not have a black armband view of history or the future. Nor do we have a black face, black coalface, brown coalface, nuclear powered or nuclear armed view of anything truly Australian.

We are the sunshine party. We are the full of solar goodness. We want Australia to be the life and solar of any party, anywhere in the world, and especially at international summits.

The natural interest supports a great big natural economy for Australia. That economy can be achieved without enticing, importing and underpaying vulnerable people from other countries.

There are plenty of vulnerable people already in Australia to exploit, with the right laws in place, though the Naturals are not interested in exploiting anyone or anything unjustly.

Reducing fossil fuel use, in any part of the world, requires natural jobs in reduction-enhancing industries.

Our strategy is already helping people everywhere to understand vulnerability and gullibility as good indicators of rapidly rising GDP, a rapidly rising global temperature, rapidly rising sea levels and rapidly rising gaps between the rich and everyone else.

Getting the vulnerable to give money to the rich is good for the global economy.

Keeping the vulnerable gullible helps that to happen rapidly.

Natural jobs help to keep vulnerable people busy. When people are busy, they do not spend time thinking about their own gullibility.

The Naturals want natural climates everywhere, even where natural climates have long caused natural disasters.

Being on the side of nature is important. Our climate recovery strategy is in the natural interest. It is already working in much the same way as the promotion of a fad diet everyone fails to follow for long.

Fad diets are scams but the promotional tools make millions in profits for the promoters.

Politics is all about promoting scams and profiting from them. Anyone thinking otherwise is obviously out of touch with the real world.

The real world is not natural at all.

We are naturally better at political leadership than anyone else. We face up to reality. We understand the truth. We appreciate the facts. We act in the natural interest.

A sovereign state is a political entity recognised under international law by other sovereign states as being a sovereign state.

International recognition is not necessarily in the natural interest.

A political entity, otherwise known as a polity, does not necessarily have a collective identity based on politeness or any other unnatural action.

An internationally-recognised political entity merely has a right, under international law, to have a government involved in developing international law.

Even when the government of a particular polity and sovereign state actually does nothing legal under any sort of law, the state itself is still sovereign.

All sovereign states need good leadership, particularly as most sovereign states have controversial boundaries both geographically and politically. Good leadership is all about knowing when boundaries are legitimate and when they are not.

And knowing the difference between laws and political legitimacy is an important boundary to recognise in itself.
